Responsibilities
- Administer federal pension plans ensuring compliance with OPM and ERISA regulations
- Process retirement applications and conduct eligibility verifications

- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on retirement policy implementation
- Conduct audits and maintain accurate pension plan documentation
- Represent agency in retirement-related stakeholder meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in pension plan administration or federal benefits
- Strong knowledge of federal retirement systems (FERS, CSRS)
- Professional certification (e.g., CEBS, QKA) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and pension management software
- Ability to handle sensitive financial data with confidentiality
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
