Responsibilities
- Manage federal pension plan enrollment and eligibility verification for veterans
- Process retirement benefit applications with 99.8% accuracy
- Conduct weekend client consultations via phone and virtual platforms
- Coordinate with IRS and SSA for compliance documentation
- Develop educational materials on pension optimization strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve benefit discrepancies
- Maintain strict adherence to federal privacy regulations (HIPAA/FERPA)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of pension/retirement plan administration experience
- Active Federal Security Clearance (or ability to obtain)
