We are seeking a highly skilled Federal Pension Specialist to join our mission-critical team in Colorado Springs. This role is essential for ensuring the accurate administration and processing of federal pension plans.
Due to high claim volumes and processing requirements, we are looking for dedicated professionals to work on our Weekend Shift schedule. We offer a hybrid model, allowing for a blend of on-site work in Colorado Springs and Remote flexibility.

Responsibilities
- Analyze complex pension applications and ensure compliance with federal regulations.
- Process and adjudicate pension claims with high accuracy and speed during weekend shifts.
- Review and audit records to prevent errors in benefit disbursement.
- Communicate complex pension details to federal retirees via phone and email.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure adherence to ERISA and federal guidelines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive federal personnel data.
- Assist in the implementation of new pension plan updates and policy changes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal benefits administration, pension processing, or actuarial analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or a related field (required).
- Strong knowledge of the Federal Employees' Retirement System (FERS) or similar government pension plans.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work a Weekend Shift (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and federal case management software.
