- Monitor implementation of federal healthcare programs and evaluate effectiveness
- Present policy findings to senior leadership and external stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams on special policy projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of federal policy analysis or healthcare advocacy experience
- Expertise in U.S. healthcare legislation and regulatory frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in policy analysis software (e.g., SAS, Stata)
- Strong congressional relations and stakeholder management experience
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Proven track record of developing evidence-based policy recommendations
