Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze healthcare policy proposals aligned with federal regulations and agency objectives

- Prepare detailed policy briefs, reports, and testimony for senior leadership
- Monitor implementation of healthcare programs and evaluate effectiveness

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of federal policy analysis experience
- Expert knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems and regulations (ACA, Medicare, Medicaid)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable policy recommendations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
