Responsibilities
- Analyze healthcare policy impacts using advanced data modeling tools
- Develop legislative recommendations for congressional review
- Coordinate cross-agency initiatives with HHS leadership
- Present findings to Senate subcommittees and OMB officials
- Maintain compliance with federal regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, ACA)
- Mentor junior analysts on federal compliance protocols
- Lead interagency task force meetings quarterly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 3+ years federal policy analysis experience
- Expertise in healthcare data visualization (Tableau/SAP)
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Knowledge of CMS, FDA, and HRSA regulations
- Certified Federal Manager (CFM) preferred
- Experience drafting congressional testimony
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems
