Responsibilities
- Analyze federal healthcare legislation and regulations for implementation in North Carolina
- Develop policy briefs and recommendations for senior leadershipCoordinate with state agencies to ensure compliance with federal mandates
- Conduct research on healthcare access and equity issues
- Prepare reports for congressional inquiries and oversight bodies

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit
- Deep understanding of federal healthcare regulations (ACA, Medicare, Medicaid)
- Exceptional research and data analysis skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across multiple levels of government
