Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate complex federal policies related to cybersecurity and infrastructure protection
- Prepare detailed policy briefs and recommendations for senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement regulatory compliance measures
- Monitor legislative developments and assess potential impacts on agency operations
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for emerging threats
- Present findings to congressional committees and interagency stakeholders

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in federal policy analysis or government affairs
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in quantitative data analysis tools (e.g., R, Python, SPSS)
- Strong understanding of federal regulatory frameworks and procedures
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- U.S. citizenship required
