Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate veteran healthcare program effectiveness using quantitative/qualitative methods
- Develop data-driven reports and recommendations for senior leadership
- Coordinate cross-agency initiatives to improve service accessibility
- Manage federal grant budgets and ensure compliance with VA regulations
- Lead process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Conduct stakeholder engagement with veteran service organizations
- Prepare congressional briefings and program performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years federal program analysis or government operations experience
- Proficiency in federal budgeting systems and GSA regulations
- Advanced data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Demonstrated experience with VA-specific systems (e.g., VISTA)
- Strong written communication for policy documentation
