Responsibilities
- Analyze veteran healthcare programs and recommend process improvements
- Prepare comprehensive reports and data summaries for senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement federal initiatives
- Manage grant budgets and ensure compliance with federal regulations
- Conduct stakeholder meetings with community partners and veteran organizations
- Monitor program performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of federal program analysis experience
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of VA regulations and federal procurement processes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Proven experience with stakeholder management and interagency coordination
