Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize federal program operations to improve service delivery outcomes
- Develop comprehensive data-driven reports for senior leadership and congressional stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-agency initiatives to enhance veteran service accessibility
- Manage federal grant allocations and ensure compliance with VA regulations
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement process improvements
- Prepare legislative briefings and testimony for congressional hearings
- Mentor junior staff and develop agency-wide training programs
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required (mandatory for federal positions)
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal program analysis experience
- Proficiency in federal budgeting systems and GSA regulations
- Advanced certification in Project Management (PMP) preferred
- Clearance eligibility (must pass background investigation)
- Demonstrated experience with veterans' affairs programs
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
