Responsibilities
- Analyze veteran healthcare programs to identify efficiency improvements and compliance with federal regulations
- Develop data-driven recommendations to enhance service delivery and veteran satisfaction metrics
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across VA departments and community partners
- Prepare comprehensive reports for senior leadership on program performance and outcomes
- Manage grants and contracts ensuring fiscal accountability and regulatory adherence
- Implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Represent the VA in stakeholder meetings with veteran advocacy groups
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, Healthcare, or related field
- 3+ years experience in federal program management or healthcare administration
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, or similar)
- Knowledge of VA regulations, federal procurement laws, and OMB guidelines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with veteran healthcare systems preferred
