Responsibilities
- Analyze federal program performance metrics and recommend operational improvements
- Coordinate cross-agency initiatives for disaster response and infrastructure projects
- Develop comprehensive budget proposals and financial compliance reports
- Conduct stakeholder engagement with local, state, and federal partners
- Lead process optimization projects using data-driven methodologies
- Prepare executive briefings and congressional correspondence
- Mentor junior staff through agency mentorship programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years federal program analysis experience
- Expertise in federal budget processes and grant management
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, SQL)
- Active Secret security clearance
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Experience with FEMA or DHS programs highly desirable
- Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance upon hire
