Responsibilities
- Analyze federal healthcare programs to ensure compliance with regulations and optimize service delivery
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for policy improvements to senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new health initiatives across Northern California
- Manage grant allocations and budgetary resources for regional health programs
- Conduct data analysis using advanced tools to evaluate program effectiveness
- Represent the agency in stakeholder meetings with local government partners
- Stay current on federal healthcare legislation and regulatory changes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in federal program analysis or public sector roles
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, or SAS) and federal reporting systems
- Strong understanding of healthcare policy and federal grant management processes
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- U.S. citizenship required
