Responsibilities
- Enforce federal regulations across state/local jurisdictions with zero tolerance for non-compliance
- Conduct high-stakes audits of government contractors and private sector partners
- Develop compliance frameworks for emerging security threats and legislative changes
- Lead cross-functional task forces with federal, state, and local agencies
- Prepare detailed violation reports and recommend corrective actions to congressional committees
- Train law enforcement partners on updated federal protocols
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (Top Secret required)
- 5+ years in federal compliance/regulatory enforcement
- Expert knowledge of CFR Title 44 and Florida Statutes Chapter 119
- Experience with DHS/FBI audit protocols
- Advanced certification in Federal Compliance Management (FCM)
- Proven crisis response coordination during national emergencies
