Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., MAX)
- Expertise in data analysis using tools like SAS or R
- Active Secret Security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Knowledge of VA regulations and federal procurement laws
- Strong written/verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting
- Experience with Gantt chart project scheduling tools
