Responsibilities
- Analyze federal healthcare program performance data to recommend policy improvements
- Coordinate cross-agency initiatives for public health emergency preparedness
- Develop comprehensive program evaluation reports for senior leadership
- Manage grant applications and compliance for federal funding initiatives
- Collaborate with state partners to implement healthcare accessibility programs
- Present findings to congressional stakeholders and federal oversight committees
- Lead process optimization projects to improve service delivery efficiency
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of federal program management experience
- Expertise in healthcare data analysis and reporting tools
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Knowledge of federal grant management regulations (2 CFR 200)
- Proven experience with stakeholder engagement across government agencies
- Certified Federal Manager (CFM) preferred
- Proficiency in federal budgeting and procurement processes
