Responsibilities
- Analyze federal healthcare programs to ensure compliance with regulations and optimize service delivery
- Develop data-driven recommendations for policy improvements across New York and San Antonio regions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement program initiatives and track performance metrics
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for congressional briefings and agency leadership
- Manage program budgets and ensure efficient allocation of federal resources
- Coordinate with state and local agencies to align federal initiatives with community needs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare Policy, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in federal program analysis or healthcare administration
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS) and federal reporting systems
- Deep understanding of federal procurement regulations (FAR) and grant management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with policy writing experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
