Responsibilities
- Analyze federal programs for veterans' healthcare and benefits compliance
- Develop data-driven reports for policy improvement initiatives
- Coordinate interagency partnerships for veteran service integration
- Manage grant allocations and budget compliance for regional projects
- Conduct stakeholder outreach with veteran advocacy groups
- Implement process improvements using federal regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Prepare congressional briefings and performance metrics documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., GWA)
- Advanced data analysis skills with Excel/Power BI
- Familiarity with VA regulations and 38 CFR
- Strong written communication for policy documents
- U.S. citizenship required
