Responsibilities
- Analyze federal healthcare programs and policy impacts using quantitative and qualitative methods
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for congressional stakeholders and agency leadership
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement federal initiatives across multiple states
- Monitor program compliance with federal regulations and reporting requirements

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal government program analysis experience
- Proficiency in healthcare data analysis tools (e.g., SAS, Tableau)
- Knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR) and grant management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for policy briefings
- Active Secret security clearance
