Responsibilities
- Analyze federal grant programs to ensure compliance with HHS regulations and reporting requirements
- Develop program evaluation metrics and prepare comprehensive performance reports for senior leadership
- Collaborate with state agencies to implement healthcare initiatives across Illinois counties
- Conduct data analysis using statistical software to identify program trends and improvement opportunities
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings with community organizations and healthcare providers
- Prepare congressional briefings and program justification documents
- Monitor budget expenditures and ensure fiscal accountability for assigned programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in federal program analysis or healthcare administration
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, or SAS) and federal reporting systems
- Knowledge of HHS grant management regulations (45 CFR Part 92)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing official documents
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Experience collaborating with state/local government agencies
- U.S. citizenship required
