Responsibilities
- Analyze federal program effectiveness and recommend operational improvements
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for congressional stakeholders
- Manage program budgets exceeding $5M with strict compliance oversight
- Coordinate interagency initiatives to enhance veteran service delivery
- Develop data-driven solutions using advanced analytics tools
- Conduct policy reviews to ensure alignment with federal mandates
- Mentor junior staff on regulatory compliance procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years federal program experience
- Expertise in OMB Circular A-11 and federal grant management
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft Power BI
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain
- Proven project management with PMP certification
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
