Responsibilities
- Analyze federal program performance metrics and prepare comprehensive compliance reports
- Coordinate interagency initiatives across state/local government partners
- Develop data-driven recommendations for policy improvements
- Manage grant allocation processes and fiscal oversight
- Conduct stakeholder briefings for congressional delegations
- Ensure adherence to federal procurement regulations (FAR)
- Lead cross-functional project teams on emergency response initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal/state government program experience
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., GSA Advantage)
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Advanced analytical skills with SPSS/Excel expertise
- Demonstrated experience with federal compliance frameworks
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
