Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of federal policies, regulations, and program requirements to ensure compliance.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership and government stakeholders.
- Monitor program performance metrics and identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with federal standards and internal policies.
- Facilitate effective communication between government clients and internal technical teams.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal or state government contracting, program management, or policy analysis.
- Strong understanding of federal procurement processes, FAR regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools.
- Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen and willing to undergo a background investigation and security clearance process.
