Responsibilities
- Analyze federal programs and policies affecting veteran healthcare services
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for senior leadership
- Coordinate with multiple government agencies to ensure program compliance

- Conduct research and data analysis to improve service delivery
- Mentor junior staff and lead cross-functional project teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of federal government or public sector experience
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR)
- Experience with VA systems and veteran healthcare programs preferred
