Responsibilities
- Analyze federal program performance data using advanced analytics tools
- Develop policy recommendations for homeland security initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-agency stakeholders to ensure program alignment
- Prepare comprehensive reports for congressional oversight committees
- Manage program budgets exceeding $5M with precise fiscal oversight
- Implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Maintain compliance with federal acquisition regulations (FAR)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal government program experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
- Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or equivalent preferred
- Demonstrated experience with federal grant management systems
- Strong written/verbal communication skills for high-level briefings
- Ability to pass federal background investigation
