Responsibilities
- Analyze federal programs to ensure compliance with regulations and optimize performance metrics
- Prepare comprehensive reports and recommendations for senior leadership and congressional committees
- Coordinate cross-agency initiatives to improve service delivery and resource allocation
- Develop strategic implementation plans for new federal policies and directives
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research to support evidence-based decision making
- Manage complex budgets exceeding $5M with strict fiscal accountability
- Mentor junior staff and facilitate professional development programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years federal government program analysis experience
- Active Secret security clearance with eligibility for Top Secret
- Advanced proficiency in federal budgeting systems (e.g., MAX) and data visualization tools
- Demonstrated experience with federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Exceptional analytical writing skills with sample policy documents
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, CFA) preferred
