Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of federal programs from initiation through closure, ensuring strict compliance with federal regulations.
- Analyze program performance data to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements for federal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and federal agencies to deliver high-quality results on time.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for federal leadership and oversight bodies.
- Ensure all project documentation meets rigorous federal security and audit standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in federal project management or government contracting.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a suitable Federal Security Clearance.
- Proficiency in Jira, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency-specific policies.
