Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of federal program data to support policy development and legislative updates.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and presentations for agency leadership and congressional oversight committees.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, agency directives, and internal audit standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline federal operational processes and improve efficiency.
- Manage stakeholder communications, addressing inquiries regarding federal benefits, services, and program eligibility.
- Maintain accurate records of program metrics and performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal, state, or local government operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legislative data and financial reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal grant management systems.
