Responsibilities
- Analyze Program Data: Conduct in-depth analysis of federal program performance metrics and prepare comprehensive data reports for senior leadership.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with federal clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals, deliverables, and compliance standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: Monitor changes in federal regulations and ensure all program activities adhere to strict government policies and guidelines.
- Report Generation: Draft and edit high-level briefing documents, white papers, and status reports required for congressional oversight and agency review.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational productivity.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including logs, memos, and technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, Political Science, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal contracting, government operations, or a related analytical role.
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Chicago, IL.
