Responsibilities
- Analyze complex program requirements and develop strategic recommendations for federal clients.
- Prepare high-level briefings, compliance reports, and executive summaries.
- Ensure all deliverables adhere to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) standards.
- Coordinate between technical teams and government stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor contract performance metrics and identify areas for operational improvement.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive government data and personnel records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related technical field.
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in federal contracting or government program management.
- Strong knowledge of DOD directives and federal compliance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel to client sites in the Long Beach area as needed.
