Responsibilities
- Oversee federal grant administration and compliance for state/local healthcare programs
- Coordinate intergovernmental communications with federal, state, and local agencies
- Analyze program data and prepare performance reports for congressional stakeholders
- Develop community engagement strategies to maximize program accessibility
- Manage budget allocations and ensure fiscal accountability of federal funds
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement federal policy initiatives
- Conduct site visits to monitor program effectiveness in partner organizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare Policy, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in federal/state/local government operations
- Expertise in federal grant management and compliance (OMB Circulars)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, ACA) and Colorado state policies
