Responsibilities
- Oversee the lifecycle of federal grants and contract administration, ensuring strict adherence to FAR/DFARS regulations.
- Analyze program performance data and prepare detailed reports for federal stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Coordinate logistics for inter-agency meetings and ensure proper documentation of all proceedings.
- Manage personnel actions, travel authorizations, and procurement requests with precision.
- Conduct research on legislative updates affecting federal administrative procedures and implement necessary changes.
- Maintain the integrity of agency databases and ensure 100% audit readiness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal government or state-level administrative roles.
- Deep understanding of federal contracting laws, budgeting cycles, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and federal case management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex regulations into clear instructions.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (Secret or Top Secret) if required.
