Responsibilities
- Oversee federal grant programs and ensure compliance with OMB regulations

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
- 5+ years federal program management experience

- Expertise in OMB Circulars and federal procurement processes
- PMP or CPM certification preferred
- Proficient in federal reporting systems (e.g., MAX.gov)
- Demonstrated budget management experience over $1M
- Strong analytical and legislative policy knowledge
