Responsibilities
- Assist the public and state employees by answering inquiries and processing documents accurately.
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and copying.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for government records.
- Operate standard office equipment such as scanners, printers, and multi-line phones.
- Support administrative staff with daily operations and special projects.
- Ensure strict compliance with all state and federal regulations and confidentiality protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of hire.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (minimum 35 WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
