Responsibilities
- Oversee federal program execution across compliance, budget, and deliverables
- Coordinate with federal/state/local agencies for regulatory alignment
- Develop program documentation including scopes, timelines, and risk assessments
- Manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships
- Prepare quarterly reports for congressional oversight bodies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field (Master's preferred)

- Active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain)

- Proficiency with GSA schedules and CPARS reporting
