Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Security Studies, or related field
- 5+ years federal program management experience
- Active Secret security clearance with eligibility for Top Secret
- Expertise in federal budgeting and procurement processes
- Proven crisis management and interagency coordination skills
- Strong analytical writing and presentation abilities
- Professional certification (PMP or CFA) preferred
