Responsibilities
- Coordinate federal grant programs across state and municipal agencies
- Ensure compliance with OMB Circulars and federal procurement regulations
- Manage multi-agency task forces for emergency response protocols
- Analyze legislative impacts on local government operations
- Develop implementation plans for federal infrastructure projects
- Conduct compliance audits for state-federal cooperative agreements
- Prepare congressional testimony and agency reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years federal/state/local government program management
- Active Secret Security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with FEMA/DOJ grant administration
- Proficiency in federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Colorado state statutes
