Responsibilities
- Manage federal grant programs ensuring compliance with OMB and agency regulations
- Analyze policy impacts and prepare detailed recommendations for senior leadership
- Coordinate cross-agency initiatives on national security initiatives
- Develop and implement program evaluation frameworks for performance metrics
- Prepare congressional briefings and executive-level reports
- Mentor junior staff and oversee program budgets up to $5M
- Conduct stakeholder engagement with federal, state, and local partners
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in federal program management
- Expert knowledge of federal procurement and grant regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of managing complex interagency projects
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, CPM) preferred
