Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle for federal contracts, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Ensure strict compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency-specific security protocols.
- Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate communication between federal stakeholders and internal technical staff.
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports, budget forecasts, and status briefings to senior leadership.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring continuity of operations for federal clients.
- Facilitate training and knowledge transfer for junior staff and client personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in federal government contracting, program management, or a related technical role.
- Strong working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Process (FAR) and compliance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical data for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top Secret security clearance (if applicable).
