Responsibilities
- Manage federal grant programs and ensure compliance with OMB and agency regulations
- Develop program budgets and financial reports for congressional submissions
- Coordinate interagency collaborations and stakeholder communications
- Analyze program performance metrics and recommend strategic improvements
- Prepare detailed briefings for senior leadership and congressional committees

Qualifications

- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain Secret clearance)
- Expertise in federal grant management and compliance
- Advanced knowledge of OMB Circulars and federal procurement processes
- Proven ability to manage complex budgets over $5M
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills
