Responsibilities
- Develop and implement federal program strategies aligned with agency objectives
- Analyze data to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Prepare detailed reports for congressional oversight and stakeholder briefings
- Manage program budgets exceeding $5M with strict fiscal compliance
- Ensure adherence to federal regulations and GSA guidelines

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 5+ years federal program management experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., MAX.gov)
- Advanced knowledge of OMB Circulars and federal procurement rules
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Excellent written/verbal communication for executive reporting
