Responsibilities
- Oversee federal health program implementation across North Carolina
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets and ensure compliance with federal regulations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years federal program management experience
- Expertise in healthcare policy and compliance (HIPAA, ACA)
- Proven budget management and grant oversight skills

- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
