Responsibilities
- Oversee multi-million dollar federal grant programs for veteran support services
- Coordinate with state/local agencies to ensure compliance with federal regulations
- Analyze program performance data and implement corrective action plans
- Manage stakeholder relationships including congressional offices and veteran advocacy groups
- Develop comprehensive program reports for OMB and congressional oversight
- Lead cross-functional teams during emergency response initiatives
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and federal security clearance eligibility
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- GS-11 level or equivalent in federal service
- Expertise in OMB Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200)
- Strong quantitative analysis and grant management skills
- Ability to obtain Secret clearance within 30 days
- Proven crisis management experience in public sector
