Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of federal contracts, from proposal development to final delivery and closeout.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, agency policies, and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and government agencies to ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare detailed reports and briefings for senior leadership and government clients.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Maintain accurate documentation and track budget utilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal project management or contract administration.
- Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and government contracting processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Salesforce).
