Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee federal compliance programs for border security initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field
- 3+ years of federal program management experience
- Active Secret security clearance
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., GAINS)
- Expertise in DHS/CBP regulations and border security protocols
- Advanced analytical skills with data visualization tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
