Responsibilities
- Coordinate veteran benefit programs across 5 Central Valley counties
- Analyze policy compliance data and generate monthly performance reportsLead stakeholder meetings with community partners and VA officials
- Manage grant applications totaling $2M+ annually
- Develop training materials for frontline staff
- Conduct site visits to ensure program integrity
- Represent the VA at regional veterans' events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 3+ years federal/state program experience
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Advanced proficiency in VA systems (VBMS, VBA)
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills
- Experience with veterans' services preferred
- US citizenship required
