Responsibilities
- Oversee veteran benefit program implementation and compliance monitoring
- Analyze service delivery metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop and maintain program documentation and reporting systems
- Coordinate with community partners to expand veteran services
- Conduct program evaluations and recommend evidence-based improvements
- Manage grant applications and funding allocation processes
- Train staff on program policies and procedural updates
- Prepare congressional reports and executive briefings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years federal or government program management experience
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Knowledge of VA benefits systems and federal regulations
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
- Experience developing performance metrics and KPIs
- Excellent written communication and report writing abilities
