Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage federal program budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Develop and implement compliance frameworks for DoD regulations
- Analyze program performance data using advanced analytics tools
- Coordinate interagency collaborations with civilian and military partners
- Prepare detailed congressional reports and executive briefings
- Lead cross-functional teams of 10+ professionals
- Ensure adherence to federal acquisition procedures (FAR/DFARS)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal program management experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Expertise in federal budgeting and financial systems
- Proficiency in Gantt chart and risk management software
- Strong analytical writing skills for policy documents
- Experience with DoD acquisition lifecycle processes
