Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive compliance documentation and audit reports
- Lead training initiatives for staff on veteran-specific protocols
- Manage grant applications and federal funding allocations
- Represent the VA at regional veteran-focused events and forums
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- Proficiency with federal grant management systems (e.g., SAM.gov)
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
- Advanced knowledge of veterans' affairs legislation
- Strong quantitative analysis and report writing skills
- Experience with stakeholder management in government contexts
